Let's call him "Bob." Bob died, suddenly and inexplicably, in the produce department of the store where he worked. I have always contended that Bob simply willed himself to die, rather than have to go back to That Woman for even one more day. According to That Woman, Bob had nearly died twice before that. In one episode, he had a heart attack. He had a heart attack because he had been kicked in the nuts. He had a heart attack because he had been kicked in the nuts by a homeless guy.
